Fix Common Computer Problems

Word Says Ctrl Key is Pressed. Also, input is not accepted in browser.
​Letters may be repeated in Word, perhaps when holding the shift key down.
Press both CTRL keys at the same time to fix. You may have to restart the computer.
  
Display Is Rotated
​The display is vertical or upside down. Ctrl + Alt + [Up Arrow]

Audio Doesn't Play Through Headset

• ​Right-Click the speaker icon in the lower right of the display.

• Click "Playback devices."

• Click the listing for the headset.

• Click "Set Default."
