We are thrilled to share that Lucy Godwin, an exceptional educator at Tygarts Valley Middle/High School, has been nominated for the prestigious Eddie C. Kennedy Award by the West Virginia Reading Association (WVRA).
This award recognizes teachers who have made extraordinary contributions in helping students become proficient and passionate readers. Lucy’s nomination highlights her dedication, creativity, and commitment to inspiring a lifelong love of reading among her students.
All nominees will be recognized at the WVRA Annual Conference at Oglebay Resort, November 20–21, where winners will be announced.
